OUR SERVICES
How does our booking process work?
Planning your event with Grind & Brew Co. Coffee Cart is simple and seamless! Here’s how it works from inquiry to event day:
Step 1: Submit Your Inquiry
Fill out our intake form with event details (date, time, location, guest count, etc). We’ll typically respond within 1 hour to confirm availability and provide initial pricing options.
Step 2: Customization & Quote
We’ll work with you to tailor a quote with any add-ons or special requests included, ranging from custom stickers to decaf espresso options.
Step 3: Booking Confirmation
To reserve your date, we’ll send a booking form and require a 50% deposit. Once these steps are completed, your event will officially be on our calendar! (If event is less than two weeks away from initial quote, full payment is required at time of invoice.) After that we will send you a contract to sign both parties.
Step 4: Event Day – Sit Back & Enjoy!
Our team will arrive around 1 hour early to set up and ensure everything is perfect. We’ll serve your guests with exceptional drinks, friendly service, and a smile. After the event, we’ll pack up and leave the space just as we found it—no hassle, just great coffee and happy memories! We are so excited to serve you!
Cocktail Service
You provide the alcohol, we provide the rest! According to the liquors laws in Missouri, as a mobile bar we cannot "sell" alcoholic drinks, but we can provide the service of bartending. Once your event is booked, we will send you a list of the amount of liquor that will be needed. Quotes are determined by the type of set up, the amount of people and the length of the event. A $250 deposit is due at the time of booking to hold your date, and the rest is due the day of the event. For events that are booked more than 6 months in advance, we will need a 50% deposit to hold the date.
And don't forget, we can combine espresso, mocktails & cocktail.. You provide the alcohol, and we provide the rest!
