Hi there, this is Erica, the owner of Grind & Brew Co. Back in 2019, I began pursuing my passion as a barista on the stunning Philippine Island. Making coffee with passion is a lot of fun and thrilling for daily life. I work for Starbucks Reserve in the Philippines, a highly upscale coffee brand in the US and biggest Roaster Starbucks in Chicago.

Along the way, I became certified as a Coffee Master and Barista Trainer at Starbucks Reserve, which marked the beginning of my profession. I grew up in a business family and until I opened my own coffee shop in the Philippines, my family provided for me throughout my life. Besides of this career. I want to pursue my desire of encouraging others to pursue their passions as well.

Behind of this journey my husband Guillermo decided to build our own coffee mobile cart as our 1st business and continue to support my passion.
